10-Week Rebuilding After Relationship Loss Seminar
While divorce is the end of a relationship, it’s also your doorway to a wonderful life. Dr. Bruce Fisher created a 10-week Rebuilding Program. In his 25yr research; this program has been clinically proven to help graduates; Rebuilding Seminars has helped thousands heal and gain confidence. Through this program, you’ll learn how to let go of the grief, anger, and confusion that’s holding you back. You’ll rediscover joy and purpose, realize your potential, and rebuild a life that’s meaningful to you!
This seminar only runs 3x a year and is 2.5hrs a week. Each week includes a topic, assignment, and volunteer lead outing in between workshops. Cost includes: seminar, book and workbook.

CBT GROUP -Insomnia
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia focuses on exploring the connection between the way we think, the things we do, and how we sleep. As a trained CBT-I provider I help clients identify thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are contributing to the symptoms of insomnia. This is done in group or individual sessions.
Aimee received her training in CBT-I through Dr. Gregg D. Jacobs, a behavioral sleep medicine specialist and one of the principal developers of CBT-I The empirically and clinically validated CBT-I training and "protocol for adults is based on over 30 years of clinical practice at Harvard Medical School and the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center by Dr. Jacobs involving over 10,000 insomnia patients." - Source: cbtforinsomnia.com
When these techniques are used together as multicomponent CBT-I, as many as 70% to 80% of patients with primary insomnia experience improvements. Benefits include less time to fall asleep, more time spent asleep, and waking up less during sleep. The American College of Physicians recommends that all adult patients receive CBT-I as a first-line approach. In some patients, CBT-I is more effective than medications. -Source: Sleepfoundation.org
Stress Management Workshop
Stress management includes tools, strategies, or techniques that reduce stress and reduce the negative impacts stress has on your mental or physical well-being. A variety of techniques can be used to manage stress. These include mental, emotional, and behavioral strategies. When stress management is used regularly and in response to stressful life events, we can optimize our well-being.
Changing our minds is just one avenue for stress management. We can practice stress management techniques that capitalize on the body-mind connection. During this group, we will learn a variety of stress management techniques and tools that are science-based such as: meditation, mindset/self-talk, gratitude & compassion towards self and others, progressive muscle relaxation, and breathing exercises.
Mindfulness Workshops

Aimee is a certified mindfulness life coach as well as a certified mindfulness level 3 practitioner. Workshops are held either as an introductory to mindfulness in the afternoon for 2hrs and or a series of 3 x 2hr workshops for those who would like to go a bit deeper into mindfulness practice.
Other workshops offered include dating workshop, couples communication workshop, anxiously attached support seminar, avoidantly attached support seminar, adhd neurodiverse women's and men's support seminars.
