Do you direct bill?
No, we do not direct bill. It is the client's responsibility to submit invoices to their insurance provider. We will provide a receipt.
Are your services covered by insurance?
As insurance plans change, vary, and are numerous; We ask that clients check with their insurance provider if services are covered. We will provide registration# and assoc# so you can inquire, it is also listed on our website. Coaching sessions and workshops, seminars are not covered by insurance as they are not mental health counseling.
Are all sessions virtual?
Presently all counselling sessions and coaching sessions are offered virtually, either by phone or video.
Does virtual therapy work?
Since Covid-19 therapy has had a huge move to online. Even before the pandemic therapy has been studied and shown great success being provided virtually. Google virtual therapy studies and you'll find lots of articles that support this.
