As a therapist, I bring not only professional expertise but also the invaluable perspective of real-life experience. In my mid-40s, I have navigated life’s complexities and joys, equipping me with a deep understanding of the struggles and triumphs that shape us all.

From parenting a spirited teenager to facing the challenges of ADHD diagnoses, postpartum depression, career transitions, and personal loss, I understand life’s highs and lows firsthand. These experiences have taught me resilience, compassion, and the power of connection—qualities I now bring into the therapy room.
